1. Eligibility and accuracy
You must be at least 18 years old to apply. All information and documents you submit must be accurate, genuine and your own. Submitting forged certificates or false information will lead to immediate rejection and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. The hiring process
After you apply and pay the application fee, you take a timed online exam on your smartphone (a smartphone is mandatory). Each question has a fixed time limit and the time you take to answer is recorded in milliseconds. Candidates must reach the qualifying mark; the top scorers are selected, and equal marks are ranked by total answer time. Selected candidates then go through document verification and an offer stage. Using another person, another device or any outside help during the exam leads to disqualification.
3. Application fees and payments
Some positions may carry a small, clearly displayed application fee. Fees are collected only through Razorpay and are non-refundable once the review of your documents has begun, except where required by law or where TalentHubJob cancels the opening. Compensation for hired candidates is paid through Razorpay according to the terms in your offer letter.
4. Offers and withdrawal
An offer becomes binding only after you accept it from your dashboard and complete onboarding. You may withdraw an application at any time before accepting an offer. TalentHubJob may withdraw an offer if verification fails or the role is discontinued.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other candidates' data, interfere with the portal, or create multiple accounts. Admin access is restricted to authorised staff.
6. Intellectual property
Exam questions, assessments and portal content belong to TalentHubJob. Questions you prepare as a hired Question Preparer are owned by TalentHubJob under the terms of your engagement.
7. Limitation of liability
The portal is provided “as is”. TalentHubJob is not liable for interruptions, third-party service outages (including Razorpay or your mobile network) or indirect losses arising from use of the portal.
