1. Information we collect
- Account details – name, email address, phone number and city when you create a candidate account.
- Application details – qualifications, degree, university, experience, languages, preferred work mode and your cover letter.
- Documents – resume, degree certificate, government ID proof and any supporting documents you upload for verification.
- Exam records – the questions you were shown, the answers you selected, the time taken for each answer in milliseconds, your score, rank and the device (browser) used.
- Payment records – when an application fee applies, Razorpay order and payment IDs. We never store your card, UPI or bank details; these are handled entirely by Razorpay.
2. How we use your information
- To evaluate your eligibility, verify your degree and documents, and run the hiring process.
- To email you updates at each stage: application received, online exam result, merit list, document verification, offer and joining details.
- To conduct the online exam and prepare the merit list by marks and answer time.
- To process payments securely through Razorpay.
- To respond to messages you send us through the contact form.
3. Sharing
Your information is visible only to the TalentHubJob recruitment team members involved in your hiring. We share data with service providers strictly to operate the portal: Razorpay (payments) and our email delivery provider. We do not sell personal information.
4. Retention
Application data and documents are retained for 12 months after your application closes so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Records of hired candidates are kept for the duration of engagement and as required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, withdraw an application from your dashboard, or ask us to delete your account by writing to careers@talenthub.in.
6. Security
Uploaded documents are stored privately and served only to you and authorised recruiters after login. Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and payments are verified using Razorpay signatures.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you signed in to your candidate or admin account. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser; you will simply need to log in again.
